Amazing company. Their staff is so helpful, it was my first time planning a party and I definitely could not have done it without them. They were so accommodating through the numerous changes I’ve had, as well as being understanding when the venue changed the pickup time at the very last second. In addition, Mel & her team who I worked with helped me double check everything, making sure linens were the correct size for the tables, correct qty. etc. They very much helped plan this party as much as I did. A really spectacular experience, from the organizing team to the pickup crew who were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to hold an event.

I have nothing but good things to say about this party rental company. Their prices were among the lowest, the quality was wonderful, and they were very professional and reliable.

My husband and I got married on a cruise last year with only a couple of people present so after many cries from our family and friends, we decided to have a post-wedding reception to celebrate our nuptials with our loved ones. We wanted to keep things simple but beautiful and didn’t want to spend as much as we would have on a typical wedding. So we rented a raw space and got to working and so one of the biggest parts of getting the space together was getting furniture and linens. Upon first visiting their website I could tell that Big Dawg was professional. They had so many colors and types of linens to choose from and when they arrived, the colors were as vibrant as they had appeared on the website and looked like new.

Justine at Big Dawg was pleasant on the phone, very professional and super quick on email questions/requests. Even though our order was small, she gave us lots of attention. For the day of delivery they gave us a delivery time of 9am to 12 and I wasn’t there when they arrived at about 9:30 as I was picking up the flowers for the centerpieces. It was probably around 10am when I arrived. I felt so bad to keep them waiting outside in their truck but the driver was calm and easy going and said it was no problem at all. The pickup of the items after our event was equally as pleasant.

I would highly recommend this company. Along with their excellent customer service, reliability and array of items that they offer, they were the cheapest and way cheaper than the pink hippo company.

Big Dawg Party Rentals are amazing! I had a good experience with this rental company. I had to plan a wedding for a client and Big dawg party rental was one of the venues preferred vendors, so I was excited to try them out. Mel and her team were god sent. Mel was calm, efficient, and flawless when it came to assist me in picking out the items, and giving out suggestions. Mel and her team were very accommodating to last minute changes even 3 days before the event! I loved the fact that she triple check every order and every changes to make sure the order was perfect. The drop off service service was amazing! They came early and ready to drop off. We had a few hiccups for pick up, but it all worked out at the end! They are amazing I will continue to use them again and again!!!! Thanks again Mel! You rock!!!!!

Used Big Dawg 2 times now and must say they have exceeded expectations.

First experience was for a smaller party and I had to call them last minute, not only were they able to deliver in time, with short notice the delivery team was happy and accommodating with my venue restrictions.

The next time was for a much larger party (200+) attendees. I was very hectic to get this event organized and was relieved at the help and support that Big Dawg provided. They accurately recommended the amount of equipment (tables,chairs,cutlery,lighting). They never tried to take advantage of myself or my company(wed’d been burnt before by other party rentals) but not Big Dawg. The pick up and delivery of the large amount of equipment was extremely efficient and professional. The two workers Patrick and Moose were able to clean up the entire party in such a short time, we couldn’t believe it was only 2 of them.

All equipment was in great condition and the response time, will ensure that I will be using Big Dawg for every and any party/work event I have.

Big Dawg Party Rentals was instrumental in making our rehearsal dinner happen seamlessly in our apartment. The lucite chairs created a magical look and the furniture created the most gorgeous ambiance. They were hands on, fast, and on top of everything even down to the delivery time and pickup time. The guys who delivered even helped to rearrange my apt to make it all work. I am beyond happy with them and recommend them a million times over. For every event going forward I will use Big Dawg!! The best rentals company that we could have asked for. From the beginning to the end, everything was simple and efficient. There was a good variety of rental options, which was super convenient for us. The team was always professional and got back to my husband and I in a timely fashion. The rentals were excellent and they looked great at my beach themed wedding at the Bronx Museum of the Arts.

We used Big Dawg for an event in September and honestly if there were 10 stars to be given they would get them all! Our company does a large 2 day event that hosts over 4,000 people in a raw space – it’s a lot of work for our team and our vendors.

From the first call I made to Big Dawg they were so nice, pleasant and professional. They got us everything we asked for so quickly and even made helpful suggestions. Every time I called or emailed I was greeted with a “Hi Brittney!”.
Especially working with a lot of vendors they were so patient and understanding when we added and/or swapped things out of our order.
When it came to the day of the event their team arrived early and patiently waited for access to the loading dock. They set up so quickly and efficiently – such pros!

When we realized that we forgot to add 60 trash bins to our order I asked if we could have them within the next 3 hours if at all possible and I was told with a smile “They’ll be here in an hour”.
Big Dawg played a big part in making our event a success and we couldn’t have done it without them. Not only is their team AMAZING but their materials (tables, chairs, linens, pipe & drape) were high quality.

Safe to say that we’ll use Big Dawg for every one of our upcoming events in NYC and you should too!

The staff is very, VERY, helpful. I worked with Keisha and she helped me coordinate the details of my event pretty well. On top of that, she was very patient and courteous which made this wedding planning very much stress free! The set-up crew is very punctual and courteous as well, they were pretty helpful in offering tips in case a problem came about. Nonetheless, the quality of the materials provided very top notch, and it transformed the community hall of our mosque into a 5 star banquet hall. Definitely would use their services again for future events, and would highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough about this company. We have rented with them for work and personal. We rented with them for two small thanksgiving dinners in our home, for company events and they just bailed me out this week as I completely forgot to reserve stuff in advance for an upcoming dinner party. Always on time delivery, always perfect quality, always professional. They never seem inconvenienced when I call in a rush because I forgot to place my order early.

I had such a great experience using Big Dawg Party Rentals ! I was putting together a party for a client in Prospect Park, BK and had to research rental vendors when I came across Big Dawg. I had a great experience with Christina who helped put together proposals based on what I needed, always friendly and responsive. There were a couple of issues onsite (as always when dealing with a public park, unannounced park events, and road closures!) but the delivery driver Barry was super polite and went above and beyond to get the rentals where we needed them to be and ontime. THe quality of the furniture and linens were also great and really made an impact for the event. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.

I am so happy I found Big Dawg Party Rentals for our wedding! We decided to rent chairs at the last minute and Kathleen and Tom worked with us every step of the way. They were communicative throughout the entire delivery process and worked with me when I needed to change the quantity of mny order. When we chose our wedding date we didn’t really factor in a federal holiday, a Jewish holiday, a hurricane or a tropical storm. But we were lucky to work with Denise Sullivan who made navigating each challenge a piece of cake. We hired a wedding planner but Denise’s years of experience in the business and therefore the advice she gave us on executing our day were invaluable. Her response time was phenomenal, we knew the costs every time, and she expertly guided us on when to weigh our options or make a move! Thank you Big Dawg and Denise for everything!
